Pursuit Dynamics plc is a UK based research and development company, which was founded in 2000 to develop and commercialise a revolutionary pumping and propulsion technology. Pursuit Dynamics (symbol: PDX) was listed on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange in May 2001.

The PDX Technology is a steam-based system that has applications in both pumping and marine propulsion. It is cheap to manufacture, extremely robust, contains no moving parts and is virtually impossible to block. Pursuit Dynamics owns 100% of the Intellectual Property Rights that surround the PDX Technology.

Pursuit Dynamics is now working towards the commercialisation of the technology it has developed.

Pursuit are rumoured to be close to closing their first deals, which may be in the food processing industry.

legend,

Well not sure how you know this was known five months ago, I haven't heard about this before today.

And of course, not forgetting, Rooney Anand, the head of Greene King's Brewing Division is a non exec of PDX!

Still, I'm sure he was brought onboard because he can see the potential here, and must have substantial contacts within the brewing industry, so should be good for PDX in the long run IMO.

It was in guardian i think and over bbs.

It was rumoured cadbury's which never materialised.

I personally thought there were no contracts and that someone was ramping up the sp. But slowly and surely the contracts are be announced.

It was probably the non exec director being part of gk that started the rumour who knows.

Totally agree that he will have contacts..

Contacts bring contracts so lets hope they also have someone on board who is a fire officer - that is the area I would like to also see take off.

Andy - 25 May 2005 13:45 - 624 of 1003

Oakapples,

They have, Paul Grimwood!

cavman2 - 25 May 2005 19:15 - 625 of 1003

The problem seems to be this share is fighting Cawkie and until he gets his fat backside off of it it will probably stay low.

legend290782 - 25 May 2005 23:13 - 626 of 1003

is he still short cavman?? i thought he left this a long time ago..

cavman2 - 25 May 2005 23:48 - 627 of 1003

He says that no talk of money on last deal and that he is still very bearish.
The trouble is when he has been sniffing around a stock and shorted it does seem to unsettle it for some time.
Been on the end of 2 of his shorts and lost some of my bloody profits because of him.

legend290782 - 26 May 2005 13:14 - 628 of 1003

Well cavman2 your right its not nice, but every so often he prods in an illiquid stock and gets stung and has to buy the buggers back.

The thing is people follow him and as you know the market is a self fulfilling prophecy - people think it will go down and he makes it go down!!

I think he had a go at my toad not so long ago... look at the recent trading statement and the directors buying shares... hopefully he will have been stung.

Me woodie and goldfinger are the only ones on the board. Come and join us ticker TGP.

I keep watching this... they seem to be going up in the bear market... Hopefully they have more deals in the pipeline.

Oakapples142 - 06 Jun 2005 16:04 - 629 of 1003

Looks like we need to be fed a little more good news as too many are taking profits

legend290782 - 07 Jun 2005 07:16 - 630 of 1003

It seems that way. What do you make of the interims oakapples??

Oakapples142 - 07 Jun 2005 07:54 - 631 of 1003

Only had a minute or so to look but that period would have taken Coca Cola into account wouldn`t it ? - if so income seems low - I am hoping that more contracts will quickly follow and particularly Firemist - 65 k sold before the bell - but I am staying

Thanks andy..

OA, yes i was a bit confused as to how and when the deals were actually signed and which accounting period they were in!!

Heathcote still remains bullish.

Oakapples142 - 09 Jun 2005 13:49 - 635 of 1003

Since rather, on the face of it, uninspiring results - it would appear that many of us have kept faith and PDX has held its own with even a touch of blue -
following three big players signing up I am expecting many more contracts to follow. What I like about Heathcote is that twice over the past year he has personally answered my e-mails - I hope he is too busy to do so at the moment !!

legend290782 - 09 Jun 2005 18:39 - 636 of 1003

Yes it is good if the management are responsive to shareholders... he obviously believes in himself and his company. Fair play to the guy.

Oakapples142 - 15 Jun 2005 08:01 - 637 of 1003

The Guardian 14 June - Rumours that contract about to be signed with US Navy

Andy - 15 Jun 2005 10:01 - 638 of 1003

Oakapples,

Well spotted, but I can't see it myself.

I believe they are about to do a firemist demo for the US Navy, which MAY lead to a contract.

I would have thought the volume would have sored if such a deal was close to be honest, so I don't give this any credence at all.

if it does turn out to be true, we would see some 8_14_7.gif

Oakapples142 - 15 Jun 2005 11:00 - 639 of 1003

Hi Andy - As the day goes by and the volumn is low I feel you must be right.
