Cybit the best telematics play (CYH)

Still Waiting - 21 Sep 2003 22:33

The chart for this stock says it all.

The company is quickly becoming a real gem in the telematics field, over the last month the co. has announced re-seller contracts which will bring in min. 2m or >30% of last years T/O alone.

The company is already experiencing massive organic growth so the co. should be profitable now following last years 500k loss.

The co. has approx. 6m cash and is in one of the hottest growth areas at the moment.

With a market cap. of 25m this will be re-rated x2/3 minimum within the next 6-12 months IMHO.

MM buys went through on Friday with T/O continuing to build, one to put on your monitor...

An interesting bit of news posted for traffic master (tfc) today I see.

Here's my thoughts on Cybit:

Contract News.............is due before Christmas I reckon. The management seem to be a very wily bunch who know what is best for their company, hence the recent appointments of high profile personnel.

I'm in big time with over 500k shares which I've built up over a period of time, buying in low and on the way down in the past month or so. I'll keep feeding my portfolio with these if they keep rolling down as they are a pretty sure bet to rise on the back of good to mediocre contract wins and rocket on the bigger fish they are trying to fry!

Telematics is a competitive arena, but Cybit seem to be up there on strategy, management and products with the best of them, so it is solely down to winning new business and getting the money flowing for even better accounts and results.

Hold tight for a roller coaster ride in the next few months until we see this stabilise and on the up time after time after contracts annnounced.

Don't miss out, but make sure you DYOR and only play with money you can afford to lose or halve!!! Please do not buy/sell on the recommendation of any bulletin board or posters on a BB as they mainly speak tosh!!! (Me included my missus says!). Good luck and happy X-Mas.

Don't worry about it.

Blakester - what type of dealing/trading account do you have and how long have you been dealing/trading?

Douggie - 11 Dec 2003 17:30 - 636 of 3104

ooops falling prices that is what I ref to

blakester - 11 Dec 2003 17:30 - 637 of 3104

Why?

little woman - 11 Dec 2003 17:38 - 638 of 3104

just curious.........

and there many people out there that will tell you how they have done the same. But you need to decide if you believe CYH is a company that will go places or not. If not - get out now, take your losses and move on. If you think yes stick it out. Prices are manupulated from time to time and sometimes a share gets support or loses support. The MM don't like major price changes - but somtimes they don't get their own way.

I'm afraid I'm a been there - done that - and made plenty of mistakes along the way and constantly change my strategy and trade as well as invest......
