Provision of secure transaction systems and services to the international banking, telphony, retail, and security markets, using a range of smart and magnetic card solutions
In the recent Agm the chairman said "the company has made a positive start to the financial year and the board remains optimistic about prospects for the business."
Pre-tax losses have also nearly halved from 6.4 mln to a loss of 3.4 mln on cost cutting. They have also had a successful fund raising.
Also chart indicators show that it may be time for the next leg upwards past recent resistance at 7.5p. and please remember you are responsible for the timing of your own buying and selling actions.

Losses down turnover up
Costs to be reduced in the future due to Poland move
Good to see the CEO committing significant personal funds in the equity raising
Overall quite a positive sound to things with everything ahead of the business, I understand frustration at the management but hopefully the move to Poland will be a good move on their part.
Pity a bit more clarification on profitability were not forthcoming rather than "ID Data to acheive profitability in the near future"
Owing to ID Data's involvement with the UK Government National Smart Card projectThe Company appears to be in a strong position to gain business from any National ID card sheme.
It would be nice to think the press would concentate on the top line of my ramblings but experience would tell me they are more likely to make a big deal out of the retirement of the FD and the MD ( perhaps I am just getting cynical in my old age )

It's all over the place. Wonder if it's appeared as a tip somewhere? If it was just a gain based on the RNS it's taken a wee while to digest.
