Out flat at 26 from a reversal that kicked in this morning.
Just popped home to see what's what and pc's playing up.
Have 1.9630 as resistance. Next stop 1.97 for me not to get too excited about $2.

Kathy's had her fill of chow mein and the header's back to normal this week, although it needs a painter and decorator to snag it.

These are the broader channels I've been observing.
You might spot an imaginery line :)
And I'm probably barking.

Looks favourite. I've been long at 650 since this morning but its been up and down like the proverbial - nearly stopped out a couple of times. Now moved the stop up to 50 for a zero sum day if it comes back down again

Don't know if you boys play USD/JPY but, while cable has been whipsawing around, it's produced nice easy trending trades. It normally does. I've mentioned it before.

You have mentioned it before Hils, and very nice it is too.
Sorry I haven't posted for a while. Just been far too busy to trade recently, Have decided to have bursts of trading interspersed by work, also waiting to get our broadband fully connected at work so I can have it on all the time :-)

I'm sure you have pointed us to the USD/JPY before but I must admit to have not really looked at it very much. Just had a closer look and I see what you mean - if I used my standard indicators it seems to give much clearer (and more secure) triggers. Will have a go and see how I get on over the next few days and weeks - day job permitting.
Thanks

I'm told, Meggers, that the FX text books all say that USD/JPY is the bestest trending trade of them all and that GBP/JPY is the most harem scarem trade. I've never read any FX text books, however (and don't intend to either), so I'm unable to confirm that.

Phew!
Got myself in a pickle today through silly errors which cost me a fair few but recovered with a short then reversed long. In profit now.
And I will look at USD/JPY too.

Runnug a small long from 89.
My indicators are very unreliable at the moment so just trading off price action.
Got me into trouble yesterday so a bit more wary today.

or as seems to be creeping into the English language these days: "A bit more waryer" :-)
