I've actually got some movement, how's this for bizarre...
one property company up in first position, one ailing
cater in second and up until recently it was another ailing
one, a food manufacturer in third!
Thankfully a few more have now moved, nothing spectacular
but they have moved at last and yes, I too have some reds.
But hey tomorrow is another day!!

For St. Valentine's Day, I can think of no finer tipple than Mumm Napa's excellent pale pink Blanc de Noirs.

Blanc de Noirs, literally "white of blacks," is a sparkling wine made primarily from dark skinned grapes. In Californian sparkling winemaking, blanc de noirs is used to describe slightly colored wines that range from light golden colors to ros It is a delicate balancing act to create a superior Blanc de Noirs - the grape skins must be quickly removed from the juice after the grapes have been crushed to prevent the grape's dark skin from transferring too much color to the wine. This wine is a triumph of that skill by our winemakers and their team.

WINEMAKER NOTES
A charming pale salmon color introduces this wine, and follows with a bouquet of ripe Pinot Noir fruit. Part of the wine is initially fermented in the press, producing a soft fruity character that gives Blanc de Noirs its directness, while a small percentage of Chardonnay gives the wine power and structure.

This more robust quality makes Blanc de Noirs a wonderful wine with many kinds of cuisine, ranging from Thai to Italian. Pair it with caviar and smoked fish, avocado and crab salad or sauced shellfish, vegetable and cheese souffl.
