ASOS: BUY AT LOW PRICE!!!! (ASC)

wilco99 - 12 Sep 2003 15:52

ASOS have dropped quite significantly in the past week for no particular reason and I view this as the perfect opportunity to invest as I can see them bouncing right back up to the 5.50p mark in the next 2-3 weeks. STRONG BUY!!

Do we sell or do we keep? Need urgent advise of all ASOS fans!!!!!!!!!!!

WOODIE - 16 Apr 2004 11:47 - 62 of 5941

rk needs a correction to resume uptrend to sell or keep must depend on your timeframe for holding shares, the question to ask is would you buy some more at current price if not is there a better share you are looking at if not why sell?dont forget all depends on your purchase price you might not be able to buy them back at the same price.as i posted yesterday not tempted to sell my buying price was just below 10p.the choice must be yours.cheers woodie hope that helps a bit.

jj50 - 16 Apr 2004 11:51 - 63 of 5941

I am hanging on too - but then I have a history of selling at the wrong time!! I see Seymour Pierce gave it a "buy" rating this morning and have reviewed articles on Citywire website and think it may have further to go????? Good luck rkausar!

WOODIE - 16 Apr 2004 11:57 - 64 of 5941

rk just read on afx news the rise today is due to upgrade to full year numbers.

keith thomas - 16 Apr 2004 12:12 - 65 of 5941

time to take profits i would say. dont be too greedy or your fingers may get burnt!

rkausar - 16 Apr 2004 12:55 - 66 of 5941

thanx for the advice guys!!!! I am now tempted to buy some more, are they worth buying at the current price???

WOODIE - 16 Apr 2004 13:45 - 67 of 5941

rk long term a good bet if you look at the chart for the last 5 months it needs a pull back to resume uptrend be patient no share keeps going up i dont think this one has 3 down days this year, weekend papers might tip these, next weeks shares mag will give update will they say take profits hold or buy?cheers woodie

mitzy - 16 Apr 2004 13:46 - 68 of 5941

Keep topping up is my advise...as long as they keep going up that is..!

ateeq180 - 18 Apr 2004 15:44 - 69 of 5941

asos has been mentioned in the share magazine this week again with more positive upturn.

WOODIE - 18 Apr 2004 16:07 - 70 of 5941

LEEWINK - 18 Apr 2004 22:18 - 71 of 5941

Any spare money ??? check NML, diamond mining soon, 10k carats a month then to 20k, .6 of a million usd or aud a month revenue, 6 - 10 year mining life, news by end of april to start prospecting/setup etc and then mining by june, 60m au or usd in total revenue plus more once after 2 months they double production, extremely cheap now.

I tip it 30p by november minimal IMHO.

dyoh+r and enjoy

legend290782 - 19 Apr 2004 13:31 - 72 of 5941

Leewink, please tell me more about NML, I have had problems finding it??

masont - 20 Apr 2004 10:15 - 73 of 5941

Profit taking today? ASOS has had a phenominal run over the last 5 days, so I expect to see a drop - opinions on how far its going to drop?(10% so far today)

WOODIE - 20 Apr 2004 10:51 - 74 of 5941

masont no one can give an expected price target at the moment, what we need is a pullback then new uptrend, when we have this we have a support level so if it does not hold time to get out,as i have been saying for the last week its needed a pullback to get new investors in that missed the boat first time around.cheers woodie

ateeq180 - 20 Apr 2004 16:07 - 75 of 5941

worth selling today,or is it worth holding?

WOODIE - 20 Apr 2004 16:29 - 76 of 5941

at before anyone can answer they need to know your buying price?

ateeq180 - 20 Apr 2004 16:45 - 77 of 5941

Well i have sold them at 20.75p,with a nice profit of 85%,AS I bought them at 10.62p.just thought in case their was more profit taking tomorrow, well its my luck tomorrow it might be the other way,but good luck to the holders of this stock.

swiss tony - 21 Apr 2004 01:18 - 78 of 5941

I do not understand the sell off or why you sold up. I expected it from day traders but not from those that have held them from 10.62 and lower. This company will be the star performer of the year without any hype from rampers or tipsters, it is very well managed, very profitable, growing at a fantastic rate and the share price has doubled since February. MMs had a lot to do with the sell off, are you aware that buys were being displayed as sells on advfn, I read a BB comment to that effect and bought a few more only to watch my trade go through as a sell. If this retraces to 18p I will buy another 100,000. This game is like horse racing, too much fixing tree shaking, insider dealing and corruption.

WOODIE - 21 Apr 2004 06:55 - 79 of 5941

at cant understand you selling you might have 85%profit at the moment but will you be able to buy back at 10.62 if not once they go over 20.75 think of %profit you are missing out on.cheers woodie after wall street last night looks like most stocks will be marked down.

Good point on the mms,I have also seen this happen before and it really gets my back up,how do they get away with it?
