MELDEX. Double your money- quicktime. (MDX)

kitosdad - 12 Dec 2007 16:20

The engines have fired up at last for MDX. ( BPRG ) At long last they are being recognised for the force they will become over the next two years. On the cusp of disclosing huge revenue-earning deals with Global pharmacists. These have been hinted at as being unrolled before the years end, but may be in the next days.You still have time to get in at a bargain-basement price before the SP takes off for real shortly.

trust no one. never average down. only ever average up.that way it doent matter what anyone says.only what price movement says. and he said a lot.price proved it all.
just my opinion as always.

Professor Walrus: LOL! Youre something else Barry

Barry Bullshit: Yeah, I know.

Professor Walrus: Have you seen what theyre saying on the boards?

Barry Bullshit: No of course not ! You know I dont read the boards.

Professor Walrus: Lots of negativity Barry, mostly directed at you

Barry Bullshit: Yes Ive seen it.

Professor Walrus: It will be very hard to get this away while theyre constantly asking these awkward questions.

Barry Bullshit: Itll be fine, we wont be answering any questions.

Professor Walrus: Hmmmmm, any ideas how we can silence them?

Barry Bullshit: Well you could tell them youll punch their fucking lights out, works for me.

Professor Walrus: LOL!! Youre amazing Barry

Barry Bullshit: Yeah, I know

Professor Walrus: I had one idea..

Barry Bullshit: Really??

Professor Walrus: Yeah, I told them the thread was dead

Barry Bullshit: Yes I saw that

Professor Walrus: Im sorry Barry

Barry Bullshit: Shut the fuck up. Now do as I fucking say, tell them they have a unique opportunity, were blue fucking sky, were a fucking billion or were fuck all. Weve got fucking intellectual property for fucks sake !!!

Professor Walrus: But then they come with the freakin questions.

Barry Bullshit: Dont worry, I got sweetpants to remind them about the NDA

Professor Walrus: I dont understand

Barry Bullshit: I know

Professor Walrus: How does the NDA help?

Barry Bullshit: It means you only answer the questions you want to answer, (big sigh) thats why you signed it for fucks sake.

Professor Walrus: Gee thanks Barry, you really are amazing

Barry Bullshit: Yeah I know. Little bit to the left, Barb, now the other one.

Just noticed MDX has gone bust. I had stopped following it over a year ago on iii BB after advising people that the SLN were a waste of time and money, and that once BM had burnt the cash the company would fold and he would get the IP on the cheap, leaving shareholders with limited assets of value. He denied it of course, but here we are and it looks like I was spot on, or was I?

Dil - 13 Jan 2011 11:55 - 8610 of 8631

Roflmao , just read it on advfn before coming on here and guess who I thought of first when reading it pt ?

ptholden - 13 Jan 2011 23:15 - 8615 of 8631

Just back from the pub Dil?

tabasco - 14 Jan 2011 08:11 - 8616 of 8631

YES!

Dilwhen John Mann asked Bob Diamond"Why is it easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven?" he pretty much summed up what the British people think of our city slickersbankersCEOs and bent croupiers
Dil it is no coincident that apart from exiting Eric Daniels every single chairman and chief exec at our biggest banks is either an investment banker by training or a former finance directorand that includes Lloyds chairman Sir Win Bischoffall the ingredients necessary to become a greedycheating corrupt arsehole.. if the slim starts at the top TFLBT who worked for Arthur Andersen in the pasthas the excellent credentials to fcuk everyone upwhich he did!.. What's more he did it with the protection of our so called legal system
One last questionmany investors got fcuked at Enronbut the top boys got hit hardwhy do we give ours large pensions and free tickets to warm places?

tabasco - 14 Jan 2011 08:33 - 8617 of 8631

And the joke isthey keep telling us we cant do without them and their exception skills.I say fcuk off to Hong Kongand the good news there is Hong Kong drug offenders get executed in mainland Chinawould our corrupt Bankers?

Dil - 14 Jan 2011 08:36 - 8618 of 8631

pt ... no , I never get back that early when I go out :-)

tabby ... wash your mouth out , finance directors / accountants are the most honourable people in society !

TopAnalyst - 16 Jan 2011 20:18 - 8619 of 8631

Gotta luv this from BJM when I(on iii at the time) and others were busy claiming he would f'ck all the shareholders over after the SCLN cash was in the bag. Who listened to me and the others back then and who listened to the BJM BS? Note point 'd' is an interesting claim and it looks like point 'a' prevailed. Perhaps this could be used in a court of law?

Gloaming,

I'm just about to head off to the office having worked from home since early this morning.

I have just about finished the documentation to accompany the SCLN. I'd be obliged if you would spell out precisely what it is that you would like included in the documentation to provide comfort to shareholders that Gary and I, individually, collectively, or in association with or on behalf of any other party, will not:

(a) shaft anyone who doesn't deserve shafting;
(b) rip off some or all of the assets for personal benefit at minimal cost (if any);
(c) take the cash and head for the hills;
(d) destroy the Company to a point where we could buy all the stock for fractions of a penny per share;
(e) extract enormous fees for little effort;
(f) do side deals with anyone who may have been culpable for past malpractices;
(g) declare inventory worthless and move it through shell companies so we can sell it at huge profits for personal gain;
(h) fiddle the accounts so that any options we have would be triggered at large gains;
(i) p*ss away most of proceeds from the SCLN on fast cars and loose women, and waste the rest; and,
(j) not have caviar with perfectly chilled Absolut for lunch.

I'm sure you can think of words to cover all of the above bases that are not already covered by the Companies Act and common law. I'll do my best to accommodate you.

Or, in the alternative, would you prefer it if Gary and I just said b*llocks to the lot of you, we've had enough of your and others doomladen scenarios and snide remarks, and walked away?

Given the number of fiddle-type scenarios you've come up with, I'm surprised you've missed an obvious one. Fortis still retains a charge over all the Company's assets. For a relatively small sum Gary could buy Fortis' position, appoint his own administrator and walk away with the bounty. I wonder why he hasn't done so. Could it be that he really does want to make a success of the Company and restore value for every shareholder?

It is worth noting that gloaming would bend over whenever TFLBT felt the urge.
