Not sure Niels. That website though-Organisation is Green Seal - two separate words - not Greenseal like SEO's product. Dunno if that makes a difference coming to copywrite. I'm sure someone here know about this......

Niels - in answer to your question do Stanelco have a Trade Mark for Green Seal - in the UK they have an application only - details below.

There is a registration in the name of Food Investments Limited which may cause problems - details below.

In the U.S. they do not appear to even have an application. Probably because of the 'Certification' mark registered there - details below. They will need to be authorised to use the Certification Mark (probably no problem there) but ANYONE will be able to use the mark once authorised. This means Stanelco WILL NOT have exclusive use of the word GREENSEAL in the U.S. Not a great choice of Trade Mark IMO. It would have been better to have a Mark that identifies it as a Stanelco product. GREENSEAL does not.
