I have it on rather good authority that a contract is about to be signed that includes "moderate milestone payments", nothing fantasic, not the most well known pharma, no payments for 18 months, just one more link in the ERX chain.

laurie squash - 08 Feb 2007 09:44 - 963 of 1180

Just bought 500,000 and still showing as a sell.

kkeith2000 - 08 Feb 2007 17:54 - 964 of 1180

Interesting late Buys
Wins moved up very quickly trying to get hoods to move the offer up

driver - 08 Feb 2007 20:45 - 965 of 1180

kkeith
Nearly all buys today this should have gone up, as you say some heavy buying at the end.

potatohead - 09 Feb 2007 12:54 - 966 of 1180

must be the takeover i am waiting for ;-)

potatohead - 09 Feb 2007 13:28 - 967 of 1180

ZYC300 has got mentioned in MGI Pharma results.. this explains the buying that started late yesterday and continued today

StarFrog - 09 Feb 2007 14:36 - 968 of 1180

No it doesn't. ZYC300 has NOTHING TO DO with EiRX (as well you know)!!!!!

(Though I shouldn't allow myself to be baited by your musings)

potatohead - I assume your comment about me being wrong was in reply to my assertion that you knew Zyc300 has nothing to do with EiRX. So I assume that you are correcting me and telling me that you didn't know that Zyc300 has nothing to do with EiRX.

Your two links that you provide as 'evidence' (?) are somewhat strange. The first mearly confirms that MGI Pharma are recruiting patients for a trial that involves Zyc300 and the second link is just a news item that says lots of bio-companies are merging.

IN NEITHER LINK IS THERE ANY MENTION OF EiRX OR AUVATION (for that matter).

AND FOR YOUR EDUCATION - ZYC300 WAS DEVELOPED BY MGI PHARMA

oilyrag - 13 Feb 2007 13:48 - 974 of 1180

I suppose PH that because someone, who works for Hoodless brenan partners, who may have inadvertantly stumbled upon ERX for 4 seconds, they must be considering purchasing it. Come on, if you have something constructive to post then do so, if not then don't.

potatohead - 13 Feb 2007 15:17 - 975 of 1180

http://www.eirx.com/documents/EiRx_Annual_Report_2006.pdf

if you bothered reading this link you will see zyc300 belongs to ERX.

open the attached link which is ERX results, then do edit, find ZYC300.

Hoods never look at the BB, I know I watch the IP tracker like a hawk

oilyrag - 13 Feb 2007 15:31 - 976 of 1180

ph, Your post 972 hoodless brenan are watching the A D F V N BB. Then your post, 975 Hoods never look at the BB, I know I watch the IP tracker like a hawk. Make up your mind please.

StarFrog - 13 Feb 2007 15:55 - 977 of 1180

PH - The document says:

The US biotech company MGI Pharma (NASDAQ: MOGN) is developing a cancer vaccine (ZYC300) based on IP
licensed from EiRxs Auvation subsidiary.

THIS IS NOT THE SAME AS EiRX OWNING ZYC300
