The "Con"servative Party, What are they good for? (this was the Thread Title but looks like it was to long to print up).
Well they primarily exist to support the extremes of big business and Off-Shore Tax Dodgers, using various methods to get elected, for example Divide and Conquer and playing to the less intelligent of the population through the Gutter Press etc.
Here's the latest wind-up rant from their leader Cameron.

If Labour lose my constituency they will likely end up with less than 100 MP's so my vote doesn't really count except in the overall totals.

Thanks Dil, can't be doing with personalities because it's the conduct and interests of the parties that concern me the most.. see my opening post.
When voting having priorities is an essential element where I'm concerned.
Tactically in order to get rid of or stop them (the Con artists) getting power.

So you prefer Corbyn, McDonnell and Abbott then Stan, 3 devout supporters of the IRA, Hamas and Hezbollah and other terrorist groups.

''it's the conduct and interests of the parties that concern me the most..

Stan, I stand by my post as the only alternative to the Tories is Labour and the 3 irks I mentioned above are indeed Labour MP's.

George.
Haven't you notice Wars End when Combatants speak to one another.
I have known one or two murderers in my time, as yet I haven't committed murder and was prepared to talk to them.
Also, one can have sympathy with the goals of a group without condoning their methods of attempting to obtain those goals.
I spoke to my sister who is a convinced tory earlier to-day and don't feel contaminated.

''Haven't you notice Wars End when Combatants speak to one another''.
Fred, and all 3 had absolutely nothing to do with the peace process, they hate Britain and the British, encouraged killing of innocent men women and children but still hung around for the money. They all have blood on their hands but not for being combatants, they never got close enough for combat. All 3 should never have been allowed to stand as MP's

George,
I don't think "they" hate Britain, just some of the false "standards", morality and political "hypocrisy" set by and followed by some in the UK.
There are double standards applied by many political leaders and followers, often for personal gain of themselves and those of their own ilk.

Labour is awash with hypocrites like Abbott, I'm thinking schools here

Just like to add Stan that once we sort Brexit out and Labour get rid of the current left wing loonies running and ruining the party I'll probably end up voting Labour again for the next 25 years.
Would never consider voting for the bunch of clowns in charge at present.

Stuff and nonsense, smacks of headline damaging tactics. Labour are worried the Tories will take Burnley. Remains to be seen if a criminal offence has been committed. Just have to wait and see.
