Thought I'd start a new thread as this is going to be a major talking point this year...have not made up my mind yet...(unlike bucksfizz)....but thinking of voting for an exit as Europe is not doing Britain any good at all it seems....

Lol , maybe they could have a vote on it so you could sit on your arse and not bother voting and then moan like feck for another three years.
Stan , I'll swop you Fred and Swansea for Blackburn any day of the week.
Tick tock moaners.

I haven't seen the text but it seems that Ulster is not affected. For the present.
I agree that Maggie May must go. She is a wooden, uncharismatic individual. No wonder she is called Maybot. I don't care if she walks down Lime Street again, just as long as she never walks down Downing Street anymore.

Watch Gove submit his application to run for the temporary leader of the tory never-weres, with Dil as deputy!
Then a General Election to endorse him.
The tragedy rolls on.

It is a tragedy. But then I look at the bunch of goons on the Liebour front bench and think - things could be worse. Fred may even open the curtains, take off his slippers and go out and vote.
As for Stan, does it really matter in Burnley? It will remain as dismal as usual. It would have taken Grimsby's title of having the worst High Street in the UK, if it had one. Liebour really works for the people, up north.

It., Dil. and similar,
You seem to choke on what many consider to be my âdemocratic rightâ to vote or not to vote in âelectionsâ.
I consider voting, or not doing so, is my right in a âdemocracyâ, as is my reasoning for doing or not doing so.
You have the right to, and may wish to express your opinion about whether I should have that ârightâ, and should be permitted to express it, or not so, but fortunately, that diktat is not yours to invoke.
It seems to me that you are wishing to dictate to others you own âwhimsâ and at the same time claim to uphold your own âconceptionsâ of a democracy.

Is it a farce or a catastrophe?
Guesses to what will happen over the next few months?
Probably a General Election?
I don't think T. May is brass necked enough to continue, and the cons are in so much disarray to carry on as a legitimate government.

They could put up effigies of yesterdayâs cabinet and those "grandees" behind the curtains of the present tory party on Tower Bridge.

Brexit Secretary Dominic Raab has resigned saying he "cannot in good conscience support" the UK's draft Brexit agreement with the EU.
He was swiftly followed out of the door by Work and Pensions Secretary Esther McVey and junior Brexit minister Suella Braverman.
Go out for an hour come back and another two have gone... any bets on who's next?
