Biofuels Corporation. (BFC)

wilbs - 07 Jul 2004 19:47

The main activity of Biofuels is the large scale production and exploitation of biodiesel and glycerine following the construction and commissioning of the initial plant.

Biodiesel is produced from vegetable oils and, as an environmentally friendly product, can make a significant contribution towards reducing green house gases and meeting Kyoto targets.

hlyeo98 good luck it's.a game it all or 50% to do with luck so i give you 50%

cynic - 22 Mar 2007 17:33 - 1042 of 1184

can't cope with all this cospiracy theory crap and similar ...... neither shares nor indices rise or fall in straight lines ..... perhaps i am wrong, but as i am very very well in the money am very happy to keep runiing my position .... as is see it, and perhaps wrongly, is ......

BFC is all but bankrupt
There is no white knight on the horizon
Current rise is partly to do with shorters closing their positions and/or MMs attempting a bear squeeze
Current rise is partly to do with the whole "green" sector getting hyped, and thus indiscriminate.
On a chart basis, sp cannot break and hold above 13 dma - have not even looked at 25 dma yet, which to my mind is much more relevant.

Big Al - 22 Mar 2007 21:19 - 1043 of 1184

Me? Always willing to watch and learn. ROFLMAO!

.......... and DCBs always happen too. Careful hlyeo98 - remember, this trade really is a high risk gamble. ;-)

cynic - 23 Mar 2007 05:37 - 1044 of 1184

with nothing better to do having woken up early for no good reason, i post below some charts for contemplation:

Chart.aspx?Provider=EODIntra&Code=BFC&Si

Shows 13 dma

SP has hit +/-16p 2/3 times over the last few days but been totally unable to hold it

cynic - 23 Mar 2007 05:40 - 1045 of 1184

here you have 10 dma ...... if you want to rationalise on the bulliosh side, you might argue that sp has now (just) broken through this with arguable support about 13p

Chart.aspx?Provider=EODIntra&Code=BFC&Si

cynic - 23 Mar 2007 05:43 - 1046 of 1184

finally, chart with 25 dma in green + 10 dma ..... pretty self-explanatory

Come on...moving on up

cynic - 23 Mar 2007 13:25 - 1048 of 1184

at least i know that at worst i shall walk away with a really good profit as opposed to a stunning one

cynic - 26 Mar 2007 09:01 - 1049 of 1184

should anyone be remotely interested, have decided to lock in my "very good" 40% profit rather than allow greed overrule my brain to chase a stunning one ..... i still think this company is for the knacker's yard, but for the moment, sp seems disinclined to fall back to its natural level

hlyeo98 - 26 Mar 2007 13:34 - 1050 of 1184

Cynic, glad I went against your advice and bought at 14.75p. My gut feeling was right! Now 19p

cynic - 26 Mar 2007 13:40 - 1051 of 1184

glad i follow my own advice occasionally and avoided being too greedy, albeit that i could have sold out a few days ago at <10p ...... but as i said 40% clear is very nice thank you.

would suggest you might like to bank at least some of your own profit at about 20p being when 25 dma is hit

the manageress - 26 Mar 2007 14:56 - 1052 of 1184

:-)

cynic - 26 Mar 2007 15:12 - 1053 of 1184

guess we're both happy! ..... so where do you reckon sp is going next? ..... i think it will stall at about 20, as posted above, but will not necessarily short immediately at that point.

the manageress - 26 Mar 2007 15:58 - 1054 of 1184

Shorters will lose on this one, believe me.
Possible dip on the 7th April however only temporary.

cynic - 26 Mar 2007 16:04 - 1055 of 1184

why 7th april? .... is that when BFC funding is meant to be renewed?

jkd - 26 Mar 2007 19:16 - 1056 of 1184

the manageress
have we met?

jkd

Big Al - 26 Mar 2007 20:57 - 1057 of 1184

7th April

A dip on Easter Saturday.

'Scuse me while I piss myself laughing. ;-))))))))

hlyeo98 - 26 Mar 2007 21:31 - 1058 of 1184

HOHOHOHO...the manageress is prematurely drunk

the manageress - 27 Mar 2007 08:08 - 1059 of 1184

Cause, not effect 07/04/07

fft - 27 Mar 2007 08:24 - 1060 of 1184

why Easter Sunday ? What are you expecting ?

And why would Barclays buy stock when they could insist on a DFE swap and effectively take control of the company for no extra cost ?

any ideas ?
