NETeller - NLR - 3.15
Thought i would start a new thread following on from
hawick - new issue looks very special - not to steal the thunder from
hawick but just to highlight the company name to those not already in to this
potential blockbuster.
Those of us who are following NETeller know the background and have been
active with postings, for newcomers i strongly sugest viewing the
( new issue looks very special posting )the content will speak for itself.
Brief overview of NETeller
The company handles online cash transactions across the globe
on 21st oct gained fsa approval to operate as a regulated e-money issuer
and will passport the regulated status to all 25 EU member states
it has over 1 million clients rising by 2000 number each day
1500 online merchants and processed over $1.5 billion in 2003
pre tax profit is estimated to be 29 million to dec 04 rising to
40 million next year
per currently 20 to dec 04 falling to 11.5 which is low for sector
brokers have been raising forcasts on a regular basis
share price has risen over 50% since launch earlier this year
new markets emerging constantly, asia has the potential for supergrowth
online casinos are creating enormous profits
given all this - cash generative - huge market - fsa approval
infastructure in place to handle growth, profits accrue to bottom line
the market force is behind it with good relative strength
all put together it is hard to argue against this has the potential
to be a blockbuster over the year ahead

This is definately a buy at these prices with the 10 price tag. The fact that AIM has now got fund managers setting tracker funds of the top 50 is only going to support this further. The wheat from the chav is being sorted out on aim hence the rise in the decent companies since the big retrenchment.
The gaming world is constantly being underestimated by forcasts and NEteller are the bricks and mortar that hold it together. Keep hold of these for the long term and buy on any weakness IMHO. When its coming up to results thes things are phenomenial, momentum is on their side Mark so sit back and wait
THE INVESTMENT COLUMN in the independent yesterday....
NETeller is a related business, provider of an "e-wallet" which moves money from online gamblers across to the poker and other sites. It takes a cut along the way. Its shares on flotation last year had to be heavily discounted because of investor scepticism over the US legal situation, but its earnings look resilient and its shares are still a buy.

Apart from normal profit taking , do you think with this quick rise the shorters will be back, i think you would have to be brave to short this now..

Thanks, BB. Glad I made the decision last night to check this posting section today before contemplating my next move. Don't know about waiting till we get to a tenner. But certainly not rushing to sell this week! Cheers.

thinking about the size that this co. could become when all the asian markets come on board and if it goes to the main market---20 is not impossible!

I started buying these at 245 sold out and then got a bit over confident and bought back in over 600, so patience was the virtue...

Hi All
Bit of a white knuckle ride over the last 3 months, but now
seems the worst is over. Strange but if next week repeats
this week we will be on a new all time high that would be good.
Shareweekly tipped NETeller again today
quoting it the exception to the stop loss rule,
having sold out at there stoploss they are now back in
remaining bullish
Shares mag also, yesterday tipped it a buy
good luck all

Hi Jimmy
We had a stormer last week
will be interesting to see reaction this week.
Could surcome to profit taking but i believe
the next wave is up, remember the markets are crazy
it dragged it down 40% for no reason other than the
Aim fell 20%, and we fell double if the market goes up
10% we could double or treble the performance
8.50 next target soon 1 - 3 months, then 10.00 and beyond.
As moneyplus says 20.00 is rich but not a pipe dream in say 2 years
when you add Asia into the equation
regards
