I think beerintheevening.com might have got the pub location wrong... their map link and postcode put it a some distance away from the rail station ... ! perhaps the webmaster had a game too many of boules piste?

Stan - 25 Jul 2009 09:00 - 1244 of 1427

Well spotted, This is the correct address: Codsall Station Chapel Lane, Codsall, South Staffs WV8 2EH

Postal code was wrong, they have been informed so hopefully it will be corrected.

55011 - 25 Jul 2009 22:39 - 1245 of 1427

Surely not a load of old cods......?

Stan - 25 Jul 2009 22:44 - 1246 of 1427

Are you on?

survived87 - 27 Jul 2009 20:02 - 1247 of 1427

.... and for an interior view of the bar see 'AJ with a very fine pair of local pints, March 2002' ....
http://www.greatbeer.co.uk/stacost.htm

.... is that enough to attract 55011 - even though First Class travel isn't available for the final leg of the journey ?

55011 - 29 Jul 2009 12:06 - 1248 of 1427

Wot! No Pullmans?

Stan - 29 Jul 2009 14:29 - 1249 of 1427

Stan - 29 Jul 2009 14:36 - 1253 of 1427

Fred1new - 29 Jul 2009 15:13 - 1254 of 1427
