Orogen Work Plan

Orogen�s exploration objective for Deli Jovan is to demonstrate the potential for a minimum 500,000 ounce gold resource, with scope for substantial additional resources. Orogen will target a maiden inferred resource of 100,000 ounces of gold which would support an initial two to three years of production at an annualised rate of 30,000 to 40,000 ounces of gold. Subsequent drilling and sampling will be aimed at further extending the resource base to support a continuing mining operation. This will be achieved through re-opening and detailed mapping and sampling of the old mine workings and diamond drilling to confirm and extend the Rusman and Gindu�a deposits.

Subject to the outcome of the initial work phase, a follow-up programme is proposed comprising 20,000m of diamond drilling to delineate a maiden inferred resource of 100,000 ounces of gold sufficient to support two to three years of production based on a preliminary economic assessment.

Welcome on board or back on board as you say there was nothing wrong with the RNS, the mines have not been sampled they are still pumping out water the progress of that I am happy with take a look on their Web Site for pics.
The good points are what ORE have sampled so far, early days for ORE with plenty to come.

Several gold anomalies were found including one which traces the potential for a 500 metre extension to the northwest of the Rusman mine

There were two additional separate 300 metre long gold anomalies at the centre of sample grid

Also a substantial one kilometre long linear gold anomaly southeast of Gindusa requiring further appraisal due to its' proximity to the old mine workings

Exploration Update

Orogen Gold Plc (AIM:ORE) the AIM listed mineral exploration company, focussed on gold exploration and development in Eastern Europe, informs shareholders of progress with the soil sampling programme at the Deli Jovan gold project in Serbia.

The high level of activity in the mining and mineral exploration sector, globally, has led to all laboratories around the world dealing with substantial workloads. The Company has to date, received a number of results from the ALS Chemex laboratory in Romania, with an assurance from ALS Chemex that Orogen will have all the results within the next ten days. The Company therefore believes it will be in the position to announce the full results before the end of September. The Company has been in regular contact with ALS Chemex and is confident that this time frame will be met.

The Company looks forward to updating shareholders further in the coming days.
