If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Graeme - bid,mid and offer appear fine but percentage change is based on Frday's open. The colour of the midprice may be wrong because of this but the figure is correct.
Cheers,
dell

Just to ensure everything is checked, some prices are not correct. Price is not correct on WMK for example. Shown at 173-178 (u/c from Friday's close). An alternative source shows 175-180 +2, which accords with trades shown as 180, etc.

Looks like Finexpress have corected the error, so Level 1 prices should now correct themselves. We will however keep a careful eye on things. Level 2 has been OK and unaffected all morning.

This has probably been mentioned before and apologies if it has. Seems that RNS stories are being duplicated then duplicated again.
Just looked at MNU and there are 4 copies of the Player Signing RNS and the same with others.

Technet - It is the case on most of the stocks I look at. The last RNS on BPRG, for example, has been shown 6 times! It would be nice to lose this.
Hope you are keeping well Technet.

Mike - anotther bug and a feature request ;o)
When clicking on Quote for MNU it right justifies a lot of the screen so it's unreadable leaving a large white space on the left.
As an enhancement (unless I'm missing something) could we have a button on the StockWatch screen to bring up an individual quote for a stock (so I can see it's market cap. etc.)
Cheers Paul

I think my MAM sessions are sometimes secure and sometimes not, recently I started getting a load of 'you are leaving a secure site' type messages and noticed I was in https. Any ideas why?

Spaceman ; They should have disappeared. We put some page tracking code in and it does not like the https connections, so we have removed it.

I found today that going to the help section, and then trying to return to Stockwatch or Trades I had to log in again, even though L2 was running in another browser.
Today I have been unable to get Streaming charts, just a grey background.

covenant, no known problem here with streaming charts - has something
on your PC changed recently?
It might help to download the latest Java VM plug-in:
- go to java.sun.com
- click on the 'Java VM' link at the top right
- in the resulting page, click the brightly coloured button that says "Get It Now!"
- download and follow the instructions to install
Please let us know if you're still having trouble after this.
