Continuing Down 106k So overal not bad numbers. Hopefully help my Bull Cause.

Tellon - 10 Jun 2004 13:38 - 1702 of 11056

Go-on Hil thats how you welcome a newcomer..

To answer you question unfortunatley its just as cold up here as it is down there.. British Summer..

Big Al - 10 Jun 2004 13:38 - 1703 of 11056

;-))

Big Al - 10 Jun 2004 13:39 - 1704 of 11056

Tellon - don't worry, I'm sure she's called me worse before. LOL!

hilary - 10 Jun 2004 13:44 - 1705 of 11056

Tellon,

Don't worry ..... that's not any old newcomer ....... it's only Big Al.

:o)

Big Al - 10 Jun 2004 13:52 - 1706 of 11056

See. "Only" indeed. ;-)

hilary - 10 Jun 2004 13:57 - 1707 of 11056

Thought you'd like that one, Al.

Incidentally, I've also started to look at the Swiss Franc against USD and GBP. There's every bit as much price volatility as Cable.

Beeblebrox - 10 Jun 2004 14:19 - 1708 of 11056

i'm sorry to be late on parade,
just as well though as i see you've
been having trouble with that seaq chappie....

hilary - are'nt you responsible for maintaing standards
on here ?

just as i got back in saw cable drop to 182.10,
but being the ever cautious type, thought i'd better do some
research before piling in.........

if it has that reaction on a .25% increase, i suppose the
fun will come when the minutes are released, and we get to see
how many voted for .5%

ps i'm 5'10"

no position yet.

Tellon - 10 Jun 2004 14:29 - 1709 of 11056

Stopped Out. Happy with my trade though..

Big Al - 10 Jun 2004 14:36 - 1710 of 11056

Hi BB! ;-))

5' 9" for the record. Do you need to declare that before trading FX? LOL

Beeblebrox - 10 Jun 2004 14:45 - 1711 of 11056

look here short arse .......

or maybe thats around your waist.

no, you dont have to be any particular height,
just get a chitty from hilary.

now i know i can look up to tellon, and down on you !!!

something keeps telling me to short cable, and if we can
nudge a little closer to 183 i could be tempted....

MightyMicro - 10 Jun 2004 14:57 - 1712 of 11056

Big Al: Look, it's only the Big Hitters that hang out on this thread (unless you've got one of those chits from Hil -- I have one so I can admire her legs.)

Beeblebrox - 10 Jun 2004 15:00 - 1713 of 11056

and how tall are you eh - live up to the mighty bit ?

and the legs belong to me - i'm not sharing with any of you

Big Al - 10 Jun 2004 15:05 - 1714 of 11056

OK, got it now.

Ask nicely for chitty and ask even nicer for signed photo and you're in. Check!

Big Al - 10 Jun 2004 15:06 - 1715 of 11056

BB - he's shorter than me, but may well stretch above in a set of Hil's Manolos.

hilary - 10 Jun 2004 15:18 - 1716 of 11056

Nice call on that long, foale. Managed to reverse before too much damage was done.

hilary - 10 Jun 2004 16:07 - 1717 of 11056

Closed into that spike and that's enough for me. I was whipsawed on 2 earlier trades ....... glad to lock in some profit for the day.

MightyMicro - 10 Jun 2004 17:16 - 1718 of 11056

Beebs, Although I rise above Hil, I'm of relatively attenuated elevation. And the Manolos wouldn't really suit me.

The name refers to Christopher Evan's 1979 book "The Mighty Micro" about the upcoming microcomputer revolution.

hodgins - 10 Jun 2004 18:06 - 1719 of 11056

6 foot 4 here but if height equates to trading skill then there is not a lot of correlation in this instance.
All good traders have long ago put their feet up for the day and enjoying a drink in the garden but I am enjoying the current run up in the pound although trailing stop now set.
Who said you have to stay at home for MPC to get some action!

hodgins - 10 Jun 2004 18:09 - 1720 of 11056

1.85? through or turn or pause?
Overeaction earlier to vague hopes for 0.5% rise.
Some support 1.84, trying to get past 1.8425 or a bit of reversal?
