You know when you just can't be bothered to open all that boring-looking mail that arrives? You know the sort, you don't know who it's from, you care even less and you'll open it later. Much later? insisting she was due a refund or something...don't ask..not a clue
anyway knowing cafe policy on refunds/double glazing salespersons
and junk mail etc I sent her packing....hope that was alright?
