Cybit the best telematics play (CYH)

Still Waiting - 21 Sep 2003 22:33

The chart for this stock says it all.

The company is quickly becoming a real gem in the telematics field, over the last month the co. has announced re-seller contracts which will bring in min. 2m or >30% of last years T/O alone.

The company is already experiencing massive organic growth so the co. should be profitable now following last years 500k loss.

The co. has approx. 6m cash and is in one of the hottest growth areas at the moment.

With a market cap. of 25m this will be re-rated x2/3 minimum within the next 6-12 months IMHO.

MM buys went through on Friday with T/O continuing to build, one to put on your monitor...

Larges sells & buys are normally at worse prices than smaller orders. And after the market close the prices are even worse.

There was a 1m order @ 1.95 which would have been a sell driven order. (I prefer using "driven" as someone else would have bought the share) - so I would expect an order of the same size after the market closed if sell driven would be the same or worse than 1.95. Someone with a good broker may have been lucky to get 2p, perhaps if the broker wanted more stock, or just wanted to keep his client "sweet" as a sell - but at the same time I also would be surprised if it was a buy - again the price was too good, especially as it was after market close. That's what makes me wonder if there are any warrants out there for 2p, and perhaps they were excercised?

All speculation on my part - but then this share does trade at some very odd prices within a very wide spread!

If you look at advfn trades, the 1mill was at 15:28 and the 1.25 mill was at 15:36. The offer ticked up at around 15:36 which suggests they were buys

i dont understand it, and it has only been buys today but the price goes down, weird. Somebody playing silly beggers. But i am the patient type and will wait. Noticed tfc started to pick up companies, this one might suit them. So be in for the long term. Good luck to both of us.

Pumacat - 02 Jun 2004 18:37 - 1832 of 3104

Have not posted for a while as I was rather hoping for some good news. Up on the day results date was announced but has now reached a new low.

I think one of the problems is that the management have not made any particularly strong statements about their faith in the compnay either through news services or through significant director share purchases. Since Atremis bought in the share price has dropped a staggering 30% +. In reality that calls for more action from the board. The fact that none has come is feeding inot a perceived weakness in the company.

Kivver - 02 Jun 2004 18:51 - 1833 of 3104

Yes it is weird on one hand it appears to be run very profesionally, ie web site and news announcements and artemis would have done their research.

MillionDollarMan - 02 Jun 2004 19:15 - 1834 of 3104

You only have to look at RTD at during the same time frame (i.e. Before results came out) and you will see a mirror image. RTD was down, the anouncement came regarding the results date and it shot up but then a down again towords the results date (this is the point CYH is at atm). The results came out, a dodgy day was had by all, then it went down... down... down ... all the comments about this is never going up....... out of the blue..... UP.. UP...UP!!! 28p was it?

Only time will tell with CYH but I have wait too long to back out now. As far as I am concerned the company is sound. It is the MM's that are the problem.

Bring on the blue's woo woo!!

Good luck all!

Relax everyone...................All will be well!

barnymam - 03 Jun 2004 05:40 - 1836 of 3104

The way it is being managed down, buys but still falling, would suggest that perhaps....the results are not going to be so good, and they may need an EGM and then a share dilution to raise cash......perhaps thats why its down down down, perhaps the issue will be priced at 1.5p or lower ??!!

little woman - 03 Jun 2004 08:25 - 1837 of 3104

This company always goes out of its ways to make sure the share price goes up before they issue more shares! Look at the past history - each time theres been a big rise, soon after there has been additional shares issued. They don't need any more money, so they don't care what the price is. Thats why they aren't saying anything unless they have to.

Kivver - 03 Jun 2004 09:13 - 1838 of 3104

well they should, i have invested my money in them, i am sure they care about me and you. you do dont you cybit??

Douggie - 03 Jun 2004 09:44 - 1839 of 3104

Wowwwwwwwwwwwwweeeeeeeeeeee are we goin to rocket back up to 2p

Kivver - 03 Jun 2004 10:02 - 1840 of 3104

Nice one douggie. Thinking about high oil prices arent going to help. This is the transport industry after all. This my delay contracts until prices come down, beause this is a bit of luxury item after all.
