Hello traders!

For those who like a pattern to play with....Tuesday's date is 06/06/06... ;-)

In the US tonight, in the final furlong, the Dow plunged 140.87 to 11,107.00. The S&P500 was down 14.97 at 1,273.25 and the Nasdaq Composite slumped 36.66 to 2,182.75, falling into negative territory for 2006.

Good morning traders!

In Asia today, the Hang Seng ended the morning down 146.48 points at 15,869.75, while the Nikkei was recently down 257.27 points at 15,411.04.

New York's main oil contract, light sweet crude for July delivery was down 13 cents at $72.47 a barrel from its close of $72.60 in the US overnight.

Reports this morning say that BAA has agreed to accept the approach from Ferrovial.
