Hello traders!

In the US tonight, The Dow Jones Industrial Average ended down 76.20 points at 11,151.82. The S&P500 closed 9.28 points light at 1,270.91 and the Nasdaq Composite was down 37.09 points, or 1.7%, at 2,153.34, amid broad-based selling of technology stocks.

Good morning traders!

In Asia today, the Hang Seng ended the morning up 50.82 points at 16,318, while the Nikkei was recently down 174.73 points at 15,349.21.

New York's main oil contract, light sweet crude for August delivery was down 13 cents at $75.06 a barrel from its fresh record close of $75.19 in the US.
