Anyone know this Co?
I understand this Co provides "traffic management systems" - not sure why the council can't do that, but TSY thinks it can also.
Seems they lost a Long-term contract when the Contractor lost out - but you don't get bigger by being last in the queue...

I'm just wondering if this is worthy of a punt?
Problem I have is they're based in Southamption and that's where the agm's are held. What is wrong with London?
