Hello traders!

My second anniversary of doing this! My, how time flies.... ;-)

At last glance, in the US, the Dow Jones was down 32.42 points at 11,187.28. The S&P500 was off 1.55 at 1,277.00, and the Nasdaq Composite down 2 at 2,089.01.

A barrel of light crude was quoted at $74.25, up $1.01, on the New York Mercantile Exchange.

Good morning traders!

In Asia today, the Hang Seng ended the morning down 25.02 points at 16,946.32, while the Nikkei was recently marginally lower at 15,456.59.

New York's main oil contract, light sweet crude for September delivery, was flat at $74.40 a barrel. Overnight, the contract had closed up $1.16 at $74.40 in the US.
