Just thought I'd bring this to peoples attention, obviously Bulagaria joining the eu will provide a level of investment in it's economy, but at the same time Bulagaria, seems to on wish list of many people buying a second home there, probably beacuse it is joining the eu, euro denomination etc. Anyway it seems to have a good range of property opportunties, incl sea resorts along the black sea, ski rsorts and city developments.

Theses guys seem to be capitalising on this opportunity and my philosphy is that I don't really want the hastle of second home abroard, no matter what the advantages, the hassle factor seems to outweigh the positives. Anyway for some they see good opportunity in buying properties abroard and bld seem to have a good investment concept.

Floated at 100p they are now below the float and news os starting to come, I think this could be a slow burner but also a winner,
