Should I take up the offer of shares 3 for 5 @ 28.5p

With ERT's library surely earnings should be booming ... is Classic any good or another example of an american scam ... Classic earnings such as they have been appear to consist largely of retail DVD rather than US TV network returns or have I missed something here?

Finally does anyone else wonder that this offer appears to be rather rushed, on the last year figures it hardly seems a bargain to good to miss
