Just heard that authorities are yet to confirm the 3 attacks are connected...
Now I am a bunny of little brain but there is a very obvious driving connection to me, all companies targeted deal in some way with taking money off motorists.

Maybe we have some raving nutter who's lost it over parking fines? Or is anti cars?
