I doubt it Wishbone, the company is in a much better state these days with a good crew at the helm and a lot in the pipeline. I feel that the price drop today was somewhat overdone and just a knee-jerk reaction to RT selling some shares after exercising his options. He has now got 1.33m in the bank ; but still has options to a further 5m plus shares, it would not surprise me to see him put a lot of it into exercising more options and then hanging on to the shares.

A few people seem to have taken it as a hint that the recent good run has ended and there's a better home for their money just now.
That's a big chunk to flog isn't it? Maybe he's got a huge tax bill, who knows?
Then again, rationality has never really followed BPRG. ;-0

30/05/2007
Melbrosin and BioProgress PLC has today revealed their first phase of television support for their unique food and weight management brand, Slimthru.
The product, which is completely natural, is a combination of oat and palm oil, which have been clinically proven to enhance satiety. Suitable for vegetarians, vegans and people who are lactose intolerant, clinical trials at the University of Ulster have shown that Slimthru has a significant effect on helping people to eat less. 1, 2, 3,4
A recently published study in the International Journal of Obesity shows that slimthru can help avoid the YoYo effect after a weight loss program. 4
No side effects were reported in the studies carried out with the product.
Professor Barbara Livingstone, professor of nutrition at the University of Ulster and lead investigator in the research said, "Our studies show that Slimthru may help you eat less from the very first day. 1, 2, 3,4
Slimthru has already been successfully launched in a number of EU countries under various brand names, most notably in France, Spain, Portugal Belgium, Sweden, Italy, Germany and Austria, and although it has been available in the UK since last autumn, this will be the brand's first investment in television advertising.
A spokesperson for the company said The media and consumers have become increasing cynical about the claims that companies with diet products make, and so they should be! With Slimthru, we have a food and weight management product that has been clinically proven to do exactly what it says it does. People can also be re-assured that Slimthru is manufactured for us to the highest standards by DSM, one of the biggest food ingredients businesses in the world.
We have become a nation of habitual eaters with a quarter of men and women diagnosed as clinically obese in this country said Dr Ian Campbell, an obesity specialist. We welcome this new addition to weight management which we hope will help manage this serious health issue.
BioProgress PLC will work as co-promotion partners with Melbrosin using its developing network of retail outlets and supporting the media campaign
National advertising on both satellite and terrestrial TV will start in late May and run for approximately six weeks.
Slimthru is currently available in selected Alliance- Boots, Holland & Barrett and selected Healthcare retailers.
