I've put some money into to Taj quite a while ago. Was looking very promising at first but it looks like to me there struggling to raise enough funds to start the mining work. If these guys can make enough money to start the work then i have the upmost confidence they can find the minerals. But i've not heard much from them for a while.

Currently TAJ UK is offering a share swap into GB Global Mining, which is quoted in "Frankfurt and Berlin stock exchanges", but is expected to remain illiquid. Directot Tom Wilmot says he will exchange all his shares. There is to be an specail placing of 1 million shares at 5p, compared to the published price of e25-45.

Anyone got any views on whether TAJ shareholders should exchange and go for the share issue or not?
