Check the results above, turnover up from 6m+ to 11m+ profits re-invested in growth, but even so, half year loss turned around, leaving it on a possible p/e of 8 on an annulaised basis.

Also they hint that increasing eps & mkt cap is now their focus.

The Board recognises that the financial results for 2006 are not acceptable but we have emerged with a more
solid platform for profitable growth. Good Energy continues to be a leading company in the green energy sector,

Change has attracted further interest in the Good Energy product and this trend is improving our profitability.

Change of name
The Good Energy name is now well established in the market for Climate Change solutions, much more so than
that of Monkton Group PLC, its holding company. It is important for the business that the Group achieves a
strong standing in the financial markets; therefore we are proposing to change the holding company name to
Good Energy Group PLC, subject to the consent of our shareholders at our AGM in June. The websites of both
companies will be re-branded appropriately and reflect the same Good Energy brand throughout the Group.

A few buys going through, offer upto 65p, I still think this will get a serious re-rating, having invested on Ofex since inception, is does go in slow motion!

Juliet Davenport, a Director and Chief Executive of Monkton Group PLC, has
today acquired 5,000 ordinary 5p shares in the company at 60p per share by way
of an open market purchase. This purchase has increased her shareholding to
279,702 shares, being 4.14 per cent of the total shares in issue.


John Sellers, a Director and Non Executive Chairman of Monkton Group PLC, has
today acquired 10,000 ordinary 5p shares in the company at 60p per share by way
of an open market purchase. This purchase has increased his shareholding to
781,297 shares, being 11.57 per cent of the total shares in issue.
