Hello traders!

In the US tonight, the Dow Jones Industrial Average was recently down 120 points
at 13,514, as 24 of its 30 components retreated.

The S&P 500 fell 17.6 points to 1,516, while the Nasdaq Composite lost 23.6 points
at 2,603.

The LSE confirmed it was in "advanced talks" with Milan's Borsa Italiana after the close of European trade, but gave no further details.

Good morning traders!

In Asia today, the Hang Seng ended the morning up 183.55 points at 21,868.22,
while the Nikkei was recently up 41.64 points at 18,253.32.

New York Mercantile Exchange's main oil futures contract, light sweet crude for
delivery in August, was at $68.90 a barrel, up 4 cents from its level in late trading
in the US overnight.
