After reading that Shares Magazine is tipping this as a "hold" but made no mention of the Corp Action of a cash offer of 110p per share I was wondering..... Is this not a done deal and this stock will now be swallowed up by Autogrill ?
I've elected to take their offer but is there really a chioce here?
