I issued a stat demand against the bank and they forgot to deal with it with in the time period specified iam now left to proceed with a winding up order and to play roulete with the bank! All i wanted was payment for my critical illness policy ! The bank seem to be very worried about what will happen to them and to the press Involvement! It seems to easy to download the stat demand from the internet and cause so much caos with the banks all because they wont honor my critical illness policy! Scotish widows allways advertise "that preperation is every thing !

"Well they MESSED UP BIG TIME " may be now the law will look at insurance companies and how they deal with claims as i have opened a massive loop hole in the market for all consumers to try and get quicker settlements !
