All,
We are currently experiencing some problems with inbound calls here at MoneyAM, BT are checking things out for us, and as soon as the phone system is back up and running I will let you know.

Apparently it is a problem at the exchange so BT are sending an engineer out there - we will let you know when they have fixed the issue,
EDIT: This has now been resolved by BT
