After a steady decline this Cosmetic co has reached a loan-position for 60k ( how long will that pay Directors ?)....now converted into shares at 4.5p (see RNS).

However, this ahs given other the ability to get out and today the mid-sp is c. 2.5p
. . . .that's looking worse than 'careless'......and some Dirs should be explaining to the Market... what lies ahead....
