Launched mid-year at 138 pence this halved to 60p due to some delays ( although the web-site is now working OK), then a further drop to 40p, but I predict this will fall further as property in the UK is somewhat shakey - and The Netherlands is somewhat less "Available" - that's my take FWIW.

IMHO, it is surprising that such a business would be launched ( on AIM, or anywhere), when the writing was on the wall that UK-House-prices had started to stagnate.
