Hello traders!

In the US tonight, the Dow Jones was down 6.77 points at 7,932.76 with the S&P500
up 1.45 points at 835.19 and the Nasdaq Composite 11.21 points better at 1,541.71.

In Asia today, the Nikkei was up 90.93 points at 7,796.29, while the Hang Seng
ended the morning up 235.41 points at 13,463.71.

The European Commission has issued a red alert over the unprecedented collapse of industrial production, warning that EU states are running out of money for rescue packages.

Terry Freeman, a 60 year-old foreign exchange trader, was arrested from his home in Essex by the City of London Police Economic Crime Department on Monday. According to the cops, he was arrested in connection with an investigation into money laundering and possible offences under the Financial Services and Markets Act - in other words, the Market Abuse Regime. Mr Freeman worked at GFX - a foreign exchange where he was a director and which has now ceased trading.
