When you sign up for any subscription level, you have to agree to our terms and conditions, these clearly state that all accounts be them monthly or annual are subject to automatic renewal unless otherwise advised by the client to cancel.
I replied personally to your E mail on 18th February 2009 outlining this to you. I have sent a copy of that mail to the e mail address you contacted support on. Should you not receive this, it may be that your mail box is marking them as spam. If you have an alternate address I can try, please e mail it to me ian@moneyam.com
