RNS says this Co is finding life difficult ( well, there's a surprise, from a sp=4.40 to today 14p (down 48% on news they may delist).).


Oh dear, - and recent Directors would appear to be from respected Co's ( er, wash my mouth, maybe) - so it is indeed surprising that they would consider shafting retail shareholders with such a quote - - - even if the thought passed - it should NEVER be fact...


Need a clue - look at recent Dir. Buy - about 100-worth at 28p - Ho! Ho! Ho!
