Ultimate Finance Group....the ultimate bargain penny stock (UFG)

ravey davy gravy - 28 Sep 2009 10:16

Market cap 2.3 mil

Full year profits trebled to 406k

Eps rocketed from 0.13p to 1.6p

Maiden Dividend of 0.25p

31 new clients in July and August alone

Price is only this low because a Mr Brian Sumner is apparently selling out
so this gives buyers a current bargain price to buy in of around 11.5p

Price rocketed from 9p to 14p on those results but has drifted back purely
because of this seller, when there is no stock again the price will re-rate
to a more justified valuation and i make that no less than 25p given the
growth potential and the fact it's already paying a dividend now.

Mid price at time of thread 11.5p (11-12p)

Excellent volume, 200k of buys which a lot showed up on plus, that is good volume
for this company and normally is very illiquid but due to a seller evrybody today got
a great price, when stock dries up the price moves very sharply on demand, the 15k i bought i had to pay a premium and 12.5p when the offer was 12p but i think
the last mm on 12.5p got supplied more stock from the seller but this wont last.

What bottom line profits can all these new clients bring to UFG, it wont take a lot
to make the current market cap look ridiculous, should be a trading update next month or November at the latest !

"New enquiries increased by 77% during the year, leading to record levels of new business in 11 out of the 12 months. This trend has continued into the new financial year - in July and August 2009 we won 31 new clients"

WHIreland hold almost 30% now for their clients, they are obvioulsy very bullish
on the company.

And a Mr Harvey topped up with another 40000 to go to 4% which was announced yesterday, this kind of stock wont be available for too long, a lot of stock is going into safe hands, a few see the potential.

10% rise is nice, but dont come close to fair value for this but it's getting
there slowly.
