I bought (in 1997) PIBS of B'Ham MIdshires and gained the demutualisation benefits for my self and others to whom I gifted some of the Pibs
"B/M." taken over by Halifax and now in the Lloyds Bank stable.
Any comment guidance on the current exchange offer . Looks to me that one should aim for the ECN's for which up to (now) 7.5 billion are available for this and other classes of Lloys instrument holders. However should I go for OPTION 3 where i opt for ECN's, if failing , for (the balance) into the Relevent Exchange Consideration Amount
Surprised not to find a thread already on this topic
