Found this today on Canisp and looks very interesting !

Canisp Plc are rumoured to be seeking the aquisition of a profitable european mobile phone company that also has a VOIP division , we believe this would be an excellent move for canisp who have been patiently waiting for an opportunity to buy back into telecom sector companys.
Canisp recently raised money via a share placing so has funds for such a venture which could involve a combination of cash and equity.
