Recovering most of the early losers but still finishing 22 points down

Good morning traders!

In the US last night, the Dow lost 23 points at 10,044, the Nasdaq Composite fell
3 points at 2,211 and the S&P500 was flat at 1,074.

In Asia today, the Nikkei was last up 105.81 points at 9,565.7, while the Hang
Seng ended the morning ahead 228.56 points at 19,214.06.

Crude oil traded at $69.40 a barrel on Nymex.

Gold settled at $1,206 an ounce.
