Directors bought millions at 4p, = a v.low price, when the Mkt was showing at least 25% more - So, How do they do it?

Anyone following this rusty old charmer?
I presume there is no chance of a Dividend while the Pension deficit is the Mill-stone.

Not any better today, but seems the DEBT problem has been reduced, "but not by much" I hear!
EDIT (11May2012):- More Exec Options, yet sp has fallen 6% today - just what justifies these Bonus shares, which "we" are paying for? (by dilution).
It's long comming, but shareholders really need to be in charge of Execs pay - and if they don't like it, let them find some other suckers who do.
What value are these guys adding? OR, do these Execs think others may do a worse job, so they need more money?
