I'm thinking about having a go at spreadbetting and would like peoples views.

I have a nagging doubt that any successful account will find their account tends to be monitored with delayed fills/frozen prices etc.

This would be used to supplement normal equities, cfd's & futures so don't want to bother if it becomes difficult to get reasonable fills.
