Companies Presenting:

RATHDOWNEY RESOURCES LIMITED

Rathdowney Resources Limited (TSX-V,) backed by the Hunter Dickinson Group, is one of a small number of zinc-focused Junior exploration and development companies they are differentiated from their peer group by the scale of their portfolio. This includes a brownfield exploration project in Poland set within a historic mining area with excellent infrastructure including a smelter with excess capacity connected by a rail link. John Barry, CEO, will explain the outlook for the operations in Poland as well as their exciting work in Ireland in one of the world’s most intensely mineralized zinc districts.

TERTIARY MINERALS PLC

Tertiary Minerals plc (‘TYM’) is an AIM-quoted mineral exploration and development company building a significant strategic position in the fluorspar sector. Fluorspar is an essential raw material in the chemical, steel and aluminium industries and traditional Chinese supplies are drying up as China evolves from a large net exporter to a potential net importer. Patrick Cheetham, Executive Chairman, will outline the Company’s plans to become a major European producer through the development of its two Scandinavian fluorspar projects. Tertiary Minerals plc is one of a limited number of listed companies offering exposure to the looming fluorspar market shortage.

FERREX PLC

Ferrex plc (AIM:FRX) is a leading iron-ore and manganese exploration and development company in Africa focused on advancing low capex deposits up the development curve and into production. Its solid portfolio includes the Malelane iron ore and Leinster manganese projects in South Africa as well as the Nayega manganese project in Togo, all of which are in close proximity to infrastructure and offer the potential for significant near-term value uplift through resource delineation. Since listing on AIM in July 2011 the Company has utilised its highly skilled Board and management team’s extensive experience of developing resource projects in Africa to meet key exploration milestones as well as successfully expanding its project portfolio. Dave Reeves, Managing Director, will outline why 2012 is set to be highly active in terms of value drivers for Ferrex. Maiden JORC resources are due to be published for its Malelane iron ore project and at its Nayega manganese deposit in northern Togo in the first half of the year. Furthermore fast-tracked exploration is expected to commence shortly at the Leinster project, positioning the Company to accelerate these projects through to the pre-feasibility status.

BERKELEY RESOURCES LTD

Berkeley Resources Limited (“BKY”) is an Australian uranium mining company, listed on the ASX and AIM with assets in Spain. It is focused on bringing in to production its 100% owned Salamanca I Project by 2014. The company's second project is a 90/10 joint venture with Enusa Industria Avanzadas, S. A. that looks to develop a combination of previously mined brown-field and green-field State Reserves. Brendan James, Chief Executive Officer, will focus on Berkeley's Salamanca I Project and why it expects to be in production by 2014. He will look at the economic and operational attractiveness of the development, the significant exploration upside, the local and regional support, the management experience in developing uranium operations and mines in Spain and the current financial strength of the Company.
