ATHOL GOLD PLC (AHG)

Ballykelly - 20 Apr 2012 23:34

ATHOL GOLD

The Company's Investing Policy is to acquire shares traded in London on the LSE, AIM or PLUS and on the TSX and ASX by participation in public offerings or via secondary markets. The aim of Athol is to be a passive investor and it will not be seeking to gain control of any company merely to buy shares which it considers to be fundamentally undervalued and offer scope for material returns within 5 years. There will be no geographic, sectoral or company specific concentration restrictions or limit on the number of investments made. The key strategy is medium/long term only ungeared, value investing with an objective of continuing to deliver market beating growth in its Net Asset Value per share.

The Company's prime focus for cash investments will be to continue to acquire holdings in natural resources, with a particular focus on precious metals such as gold and silver while the value inherent in precious metals is as clear cut as it is at present, which the Directors believe are undervalued and where one or more such transactions have the potential to create value for Shareholders.

The Company will also seek to acquire investments or investment portfolios from investing companies or other sources or in the secondary market which the Directors believe are undervalued and where one or more such transactions have the potential to create value for Shareholders. Such acquisitions will be purchased primarily through the issue of new Ordinary Shares to the vendors of such investments or investment portfolios.

Returns to shareholders are expected to be by way of growth in the value of the Company's shares. It is the Board's current intention to hold investments for the long term. The Company publishes a quarterly update on its NAV.

mnamreh i see you have your own thread on here where you are in full
deramp mode lol,im a fairly new member on here so do not know youre
history here but youre posts do you no favours at all.

Might be an idea to stick to your own deramp zone

mnamreh i think you have youre wires crossed somewhere ? i have only just
invested in ahg at 0.13p last week and prior to me starting this thread have
never posted on athol on here.

As for athol,s future i think it has a chance of a decent run,the business looks
ok to me and unlike many aim juniors is profitable, tom back in the driving seat
looks a great move. I am confident of at least a double up here.

Jackson55 - 22 Apr 2012 12:09 - 6 of 24

ballykelly i see you have the trolls on here too mate,at current market cap ahg
is looking a strong buy at moment and think TW appointment will add to the
bounce coming ahead of results.Athol posted a £1.06m profit last time and have
a nav around 0.33p.

Jackson55 - 22 Apr 2012 12:44 - 8 of 24

mnamreh, what i find odd is i just skimmed through some of the other stocks
you posted on and hardly any of them have ever made a profit lol, have you
checked athols last results ? they made a profit of £1.06m !

I take from that you either do not now how to read a balance sheet or you just
entertain yourself deramping for the sake of it.What makes that worse is you
have posted over optimistic ramps on other stocks that have never made a profit
and never likely too either and most only kept going by dilution after dilution.

See my point ?

It does look rather transparent as to your motives

Jackson55 - 22 Apr 2012 13:19 - 10 of 24

mnamreh, take your pick from any of the last ten stocks you posted on!!

You cant sit there and ramp well known dogs, and then turn round and deramp
a company that made a profit last time of £1.06m tax free and earnings per
share of 0.62p and be taken seriously!

My last post to you on this matter

mnamreh,i would appreciate you not clogging up my thread with rubbish

thanks in advance

Jackson55 - 23 Apr 2012 00:34 - 13 of 24

bally i suspect if athol were not due to report their latest Nav and full year results
this week, those derampers would not be here.

Will be taking another wedge of these tomorrow!
