Higher numbers are better.

The First Spike upwards coincides with the introduction of Phorm via Telefonica in Brasil, then it drops off... lower numbers are worse.

The Second Spike upwards coincides with another effort by Telefonica in Brasil..

As of today,



Telefonica in Brasil again seems to be pushing but the 'Traffic Rank is, again falling.
