Good morning traders!
In the US Friday, the Dow surged points at 12,880, the Nasdaq rose 86 points at 2,935
and the S&P500 added 33 points at 1,362.
In Asia today, the Nikkei was recently up 21 points at 9,028, while the Hong Kong
markets were closed for a public holiday.
WTI crude oil traded at $84 a barrel and Brent crude at $97.80.
Gold settled at $1,592 an ounce.
Marcus Agius, Chairman of Barclays, is to resign today following the LIBOR rate-fixing
scandal.
