Pingyuan Sanxie Rare Earth Smelting Company Limited operates smelting and separation plant in the Guangdong Province of China, which is engaged in the extraction and production of REPs. Billion Full (Huangshan) Mining Services Technology Company Limited is a mining services business providing mining management services, technical support and equipment to rare earth mining companies and factories based in China. Huangshan Quansheng Mineral Products Sales Company Limited is a REPs trading company. In 2011, it acquired a business license.
