In the US Friday, the Dow rose 17 points at 13,488, the Nasdaq added 4 points at 3,126
and the S&P500 was flat at 1,472.

In Asia today, markets in Japan are closed for a public holiday, while the Hang Seng was
recently ahead 159 points at 23,423.

WTI crude oil traded at $93.77 a barrel and Brent crude at $110.57.

Gold settled at $1,661 an ounce.
